This was the third workshop for Create Community in Letchworth Garden City and this time we were making paper 3d flowers from painted paper, wire and collage techniques. They are so cheery! The participants were long term unemployed adults and so have had patchy experience with making and crafting - so these little workshops are designed to introduce people to small, achievable projects which will make them feel more confident and learn new skills for the work place. These flowers are made with easily available materials of paper, wire and glue and along with the tube vase, make such lovely simple objects to love.
